She has worked with global companies, including Xerox and First Data, as well as several early-stage technology companies focused on financial services, data analytics and wearables / IoT. She has been interviewed and quoted in leading publications including USA Today, Entrepreneur Magazine, Market Watch, USNews & World Report and has received over 30 national and global awards for marketing and media production. Mary Anne has published several marketing briefs and co-authored the book 'Creating an Effective Marketing Message'.
Prior to joining AlertGPS, Keegan was Chief Marketing Officer at BillGuard, a venture-backed fintech startup that was acquired by Prosper in 2015. Before BillGuard, she was the Chief Marketing and Sales Officer at Early Warning, a big data analytics & risk management company. During her twelve-year tenure she was involved in a series of strategic acquisitions & partnerships and led the growth in national sales, communications and market strategy.
A Montreal-native, Mary Anne has worked in New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Tel Aviv, Miami and currently resides in Scottsdale, AZ. She is a graduate of McGill University and holds a double major in marketing and information systems.
Dan is responsible for enterprise sales and business development. With over 30 years of executive sales management experience, Dan has developed sales organizations for technology firms specializing in everything from mainframes to hand held devices. During his career Dan has personally started two technology firms and sold his most recent to Thomson Reuters. Dan’s clients have ranged from small business to some of the largest in the world and include household names such as General Electric, Amazon, Kohler and Microsoft. His proudest accomplishment is that his sales teams have sold software in every corner of the world ranging from Australia to Alaska.
Julia has a wealth of experience in management and technology. She was the second person on the team and was instrumental in designing the features and functionality of the Amber Alert GPS product and safety portal. She helped launch the Amber Alert GPS safety wearable and took the product retail with AT&T, Best Buy and Sears. She was an integral part of the acquisition of AmberAlert.com, which provides the technology platform known as LEAP (Law Enforcement Alerting Portal) for issuance of AMBER Alerts for ten US States. Prior to Amber Alert GPS, Julia was part of the original management team for a start-up technology company called CONNECTronix. She was the fifth employee hired and assisted in growing the company to 42 employees before it was acquired. The mother of 4 beautiful children, she is the ultimate soccer mom. Julia attended Utah State University majoring in Communications.
Tim has spent much of his career working with remote and distributed computing services and technology companies along with wide ranging multimedia development.
Prior to joining Alert GPS, he was CTO with Studio One Media, creating remote audition booths distributed in malls throughout the US and used by known brands like Simon Cowell's XFactor, shows by Mark Burdett and MTV.
As an entrepreneur Tim was a founder of the award winning KnowledgeBox product acquired by Pearson Education, where he held a variety of positions including Vice President of Pearson Digital Learning, Senior Director of Architecture and Senior Director of Special Projects. Under his leadership his team developed the first ever digital textbook to be formally adopted through the textbook adoption process. Currently millions of students in the US, UK and Singapore use educational and edutainment products created by Tim's teams.
