Position: Marketing Manager

Growing IoT company that supplies enterprise customers with workforce safety
solutions seeks to hire a Marketing Manager who will be responsible for implementing
initiatives that drive the success of the Company’s sales and marketing efforts.

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive the Company’s marketing, advertising and promotional activities and create and
    execute compelling marketing campaigns that generate sales leads.
  • Establish effective working relationships with sales team and the Company’s marketing
    agency to ensure effective implementation of the Company’s sales and marketing
    strategies.
  • Implement marketing initiatives related to online and new media, email, print, social
    media, company websites, SEM/SEO strategy development, content development,
    building brand awareness and drip marketing initiatives.
  • Develop collateral and messaging for the Company’s product and service offerings for
    use by Sales team
    • Work with Sales to identify client success stories and create appropriate
      case studies and related collateral
    • Create white papers, e-booklets and other material for website/blog/social
      media and other initiatives
    • Provide assistance on press releases, contributed articles, presentations,
      events, and conferences
    • Create market-facing presentations for use by Sales team
  • Execute email campaigns across industry segments with the goal of generating sales
    leads, and analyze & report on campaign performance
  • [Manage creative production of online and offline marketing assets, graphic design,
    video production and web development, from the initial concept to finished product and
    execution – repetitive?].
  • Stay abreast of market trends to drive topics for webinars and whitepaper strategies
  • Understand competitive product and service offerings and communicate products and
    services differentiation to Sales team and Company leadership.

Required Skills / Special Qualifications 

  • 3-5+ years of professional marketing experience with demonstrated ability to craft
    marketing strategies across all media channels
  • Creative thinker with strong writing, communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated experience creating content for marketing campaigns
  • Self-starter who takes personal responsibility for driving sales success, thrives under
    pressure and is comfortable working in a small team
  • Ability to multi-task and deliver results on time and on budget.
  • Experienced with ZOHO or similar CRM, including ability to manage email outreach and
    nurture campaigns, Netsuite, Adobe, Silverpop, xmPie, MS Project;
  • Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
